Fayzeh (60) is a widow and she and her late husband have 3 children. She failed in the mainstream education system (Tawjihi). Until Fayze’s employment at the Pure Felt Jordan project, she had no source of income.
What difference/opportunity does Pure Felt Jordan offer you? Working with PTI and Pure Felt is allowing me to work and develop in the thing I love and in addition to improve my income in order to be able to increase the standard of living of my whole family.
My hobbies: Farming, embroidery and sowing.
My favorite thing about Jordan and Fifa: Security and safety most importantly. The generosity of the people of Jordan, our traditions and culture. As for Fifa I love the simplicity of the people here and how kind their hearts are.
What is your favorite childhood memory: My favorite memories as a child were the ones that connected me with my family, my parents, my siblings and everyone where we would sit together around a fire and drink tea while us kids played around together.
To me love means: Love for me is my parents, my late husband, my kids and the moments and memories that connects me to them. Love is mutual respect between people to create strong and beautiful connections.
My dream for the future: To ensure all of my children are educated and be able to provide for them and for my house.
Message to the Pure Felt Jordan supporters: “I want to thank you very much for your support and may god bless you and your efforts in giving us the chance to become productive and independent.”
